madeofzero brings together highly qualified product builders who collaborate with visionary founders to solve complex challenges through technology and have fun along the way
We’re a small team. Like, really small. Our team maxes out at 6-8 people because, honestly, who needs more opinions than that? If you’re passionate about development, design, or operations, you’re in the right place. If you’re passionate about taking up space, you’re not.
Here at madeofzero, “good enough” is a swear word. We aim to push the limits of what’s possible, which means “good” is actually bad and “great” is just okay. If you’re ready to work on tough projects and exceed all expectations (including your own), welcome aboard.
We thrive on collaboration. Sometimes, we don’t know what we’re building, but hey, that’s the fun part, right? If you’re not a fan of basic workplace ethics like showing up and participating, you might want to hit the “back” button now.
We’re not into burnouts, but we are into smooth, daily work. Maintain a good work-life balance because when things pile up (and they will), we expect everyone to roll up their sleeves and dive in.
If you love comfort zones, prepare to say goodbye. We work on projects that are so tough and scary, even the market trembles. Failure is an option, but only if you’re ready to dust yourself off and try again. Repeatedly.

Are you fully remote?
Yes, we are a fully remote team. So, you can work in your pajamas, but please, spare us the details.
What's the pay like?
We offer market competitive rates. Pass the initial probation, and we’ll take care of you. If you don’t, well, there’s always McDonald’s.
What timezone do you work in?
Mainly Asia. So, if you’re a night owl or an early bird, you’ll fit right in. If you’re neither, better start chugging that coffee
What's the work culture like?
Collaborative and supportive, with a dash of dark humor. We believe in working hard and laughing harder. If you’re easily offended, bring tissues
How do you work?
We call when necessary, but mostly we trust each other to do our parts. If you need constant supervision, this isn’t the place for you. Babysitting is not in the job description.
Can freelancers apply?
Yes, but only if you can dedicate your time to solving hard challenges. If you’re juggling multiple gigs, juggle them somewhere else.
What roles are you looking for?
Developers, designers, operations gurus, marketing wizards—basically, anyone who’s insanely good at what they do and thinks they can keep up with our madness. Heck even if you are a world class jazz player, we need you!
Will you train me to follow your standards?
Yes! Standards are our bread and butter. We’ll train you to meet them, so be prepared to absorb knowledge like a sponge during a monsoon.
Will I be taking client calls?
Sure thing! You’ll have the chance to charm clients on occasion, so be sure to bring your best. And, um, maybe save the pajamas for after hours. We’re big on professionalism here (even if we occasionally push the boundaries).
